Returns and Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ITEM PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept return or exchange of an unworn item within 7 days of receipt of your package.

Items should be in the original condition, including tags
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
Any merchandise on Sale cannot be returned
Any intimates and hair accessories cannot be returned or exchanged
Footwear must be returned in original packaging
Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. The customer will incur shipping charges on all returned items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we strongly reccomend sending your return in a trackable package.

HOW TO EXCHANGE:

Please send an email to hello@romanceriders.com and include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ITEM FOR EXCHANGE. We will respond with an EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and address to ship your exchange. We will send your exchange as soon as the original merchandise is received. Please note we do not accept exchanges without an authorization number. Please indicate your EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the original invoice.

HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND:

Please send an email to hello@romanceriders.com and include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ITEM FOR RETURN. We will respond with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and address to ship your return. Please note we do not accept returns without an authorization number. Please indicate your RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the original invoice. We will credit your original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving returned item/s, excluding original shipping charges.

International returns require the same guidelines as domestic returns. Unfortunately, we cannot return; duties, taxes, and international shipping charges.

Please note that if you received a free shipping promotion and the refund brings you under the ‘free shipping cap’ we will deduct our shipping costs from your refund.
